    Weather-Proofing Basement Walls

    Applied to the exterior of the foundation wall from top of footing to top of grade

  5. 5

    Concrete Slab and Under-Floor Inspection

    After in-slab/under-floor reinforcing steel and building service equipment/conduit/piping are in place, before concrete is placed or floor sheeting installed

    Roof Inspection

    Roof decking nailed off with underlayment/flashing/ice shield in place, prior to shingle installation

    Exterior Sheeting/Shear Inspection

    Exterior sheeting nailing inspection required before covering with weather barriers
