  • Off-premise signs (directional signs, billboards, etc.) are not allowed in Alpine City, per the official Application for Sign Permit
  • A permit is NOT required for residential real estate (sale/rent/lease) signs, per the official Application for Sign Permit

  • Off-premise signs (billboards, directional signs advertising something not on the premises) are prohibited outright in Alpine City — the application form itself instructs applicants to stop, a permit will not be issued.
