Re-tested 2026-08-16 rather than carried over: the Building Fees block of the Springville City FY 2026 Comprehensive Fee Schedule (Exhibit B, lines 396-415 of PDF page 10) lists only Plan Check Fee, Building Permit Fee, Completion Bond, Performance Bond and Plan Review Deposit — all 'Assessed by Plans Examiner' — with no separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical or EV line item, and a full-text sweep of the newer Fiscal 2026-2027 schedule in the FY 2026-2027 Interim Budget for 'electrical permit', 'plumbing permit' and 'mechanical permit' returns no match either. Trade permits are confirmed to be applied and paid for separately by each subcontractor, but no published flat rate or valuation table for them exists; no dollar figure is asserted. Current published edition as of 2026-08-16: the FY 2026 Comprehensive Fee Schedule (Exhibit B to the FY 2025-2026 Final Budget, uploaded 2025-09-25). A newer Fiscal 2026-2027 Comprehensive Fee Schedule exists as Exhibit B to the Springville City FY 2026-2027 INTERIM Budget (published July 2026), whose adopting resolution carries PART VI: 'Authorized fees and charges... during the 2026-2027 fiscal year shall be as shown on the Comprehensive Fee Schedule included in the Tentative Budget document as Exhibit B.' That FY2027 schedule is laid out in two columns — an 'Approved Fee' column and a highlighted 'FY 2027 Proposed Fee' column — and its Approved Fee column reproduces the FY2026 figures exactly. A Truth in Taxation hearing is set for 18 August 2026, with final budget adoption to follow; the resolution number is left blank in the published PDF.Review timeline
