- For any sign requiring a building permit: a plot plan showing the sign's relationship to buildings, property lines, setbacks, intersections, easements, and driveway accesses, plus properties within 300 feet; a scaled drawing showing color, dimensions, landscaping, materials, illumination type, and street view; construction details (electrical plan and foundation scheme); proof of a current city business license; owner/operator/contractor contact information; and the sign's value, per § 157.760(A)
