    Inspection of aboveground sprinkler piping, hangers, and fittings prior to concealment, per the adopted 2016 NFPA 13/13R/13D

  3. 3

    Hydrostatic Test / Flush

    Hydrostatic pressure test and underground flush of sprinkler piping per NFPA 13

  4. 4

    Fire Alarm / Monitoring Acceptance Test

    Acceptance testing of fire alarm and/or fire sprinkler monitoring system devices and circuits per the adopted 2016 NFPA 72

  5. 5

    Final Inspection

    Final inspection confirming the fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm system is complete and code-compliant

    Inspection of foundation, footings, and slab before pouring concrete

  2. 2

    Rough Framing Inspection

    Inspection of framing, masonry, firestopping, draftstopping, and bracing after roof, masonry, and all framing are in place but before covering. Per IRC §R109.1.4 (as amended), inspection includes rough plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
