    Fire (where applicable)

    Fire sprinkler, alarm, or suppression system rough-in and final testing, reviewed separately under the Fire Plan Review Fee where the scope includes fire-code-regulated systems

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy

    Final inspection required for Certificate of Occupancy before the building may be occupied
