Building inspections are scheduled via a 24/7 interactive phone system at 480-348-3581 or the Accela portal; winter (Oct-Apr) inspection hours are 7 a.m.-3 p.m., summer (May-Sept) 6 a.m.-3 p.m., and requests received before 3 p.m. are performed the next business day.
