Tips
- Properties on existing Paradise Valley sewer must obtain water-meter size/installation-date verification from the applicable water company (EPCOR, City of Phoenix Water Services, or Berneil Water Co.) as part of plumbing-related permit submittals.
- As with electrical, the $130 flat plumbing fee traces to the Town's 2021-effective Master Fee Schedule. A 2023 amendment exists, but the only archived copy of it is truncated (see the electrical-permit entry for the detail), so confirm current pricing with the Building Safety Department at 480-348-3692.
