    Before concrete pour; specific inspections listed on the job card issued with the permit

    Framing

    Structural framing and connections per 2018 IRC and City of Sedona design criteria

  3. 3

    Lath/Gypsum Board

    Amended City requirement (§ 110.3.5 exception deleted) — inspection required before plastering or finishing

  4. 4

    Final

    Required prior to occupying the structure; failure to request a final inspection before occupancy may result in utility termination

Applies to: Swimming Pool, Spa / Hot Tub Permit
