   Planning Division confirms, via a Zoning Verification Letter, that the newly proposed use is allowed within the property's zoning district

   Fire Final Inspection / Approval

   Brighton Fire Rescue District approval logged in the City's OpenGov system, required per the Commercial CO checklist

3. 3

   Building Final Inspection(s)

   Verifies compliance with applicable code for the newly proposed use; required per the Commercial CO checklist

4. 4

   Certificate of Occupancy Issuance

   Final step once Fire, Public Works, Planning approvals and all Building final inspections are recorded and related permits closed; per the City's own Commercial CO checklist, 'COs or related comments can take up to 48 hours and cannot be processed at the counter'
