    Trade rough-ins before concealment, especially where utility services are being extended or upsized

    Final Inspection

    All work complete per approved plans and applicable codes

Applies to: Commercial Tenant Improvement / Nonresidential Permit

    Framing

    Structural framing complete before cover

    Rough Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical
