How to schedule

Inspections are requested through the building department below.

Address
Littleton Center, 2255 W. Berry Avenue, Littleton, CO 80120
Phone
303-795-3751
Office hours
Permit Center: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Fridays closed; in-person walk-in hours limited to Monday 1:00-4:30 p.m. (no walk-ins after 4:15 p.m.) and Thursday 8:00-11:30 a.m.; Building Inspections staff hours 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. FAX 720-741-0210, eFax 720-384-0601.

Published scheduling rules

  • No same-day inspections: requests submitted by 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday are scheduled for the next business day, and inspections can be booked up to seven business days out; during peak activity the schedule can run a few days behind. (Commercial Building Permit (New Construction & Additions))
  • The Permit Center's walk-in hours are unusually limited: Monday 1:00-4:30 p.m. and Thursday 8:00-11:30 a.m. ONLY (closed Fridays) — email/phone is the primary channel outside those windows, with a stated 24-hour response target on the next business day. (General)
  • No numeric plan-review or permit-issuance turnaround is published for ANY permit type covered in this record — Colorado's home-rule status means there is no statewide clock, and Littleton's own site publishes only post-issuance inspection-scheduling SLAs (next business day, up to 7 days out), not a pre-issuance plan-review timeline. Confirm current caseload timing directly with the Permit Center (303-795-3751 / permits@littletonco.gov) before committing to a client-facing schedule. (General)
