Tips
- Don't forget the SEPARATE Grading Permit — it is not bundled into the demolition permit and is easy to miss when scoping project cost/timeline.
- Denver Water approval for water service disconnect must be obtained by direct email request — build this into your project timeline as it is not a same-day eTRAKiT transaction.
- A debris hauling route map to the nearest state highway is a specific, easy-to-overlook submittal requirement unique to Littleton's demolition process.
