Published scheduling rules

  • A 24-hour advance notice is required to schedule any inspection, and the base permit fee only covers four inspections — plan your inspection sequence to avoid the $60 additional-inspection fee stacking up. (Residential Building Permit (New Construction))

Fees include three inspections (underground, rough-in, final); re-inspection fees are set out in the same section. Sec. 15.01.100 additionally provides that "Minimum permit and inspection fees shall comply with the minimum stated in Table 3 of this chapter", so Table 3 sets the floor for other permit types too.
