Structural framing including enlarged crawlspace access for under-floor fire protection (effective July 1, 2026)

Rough Radon / Final Radon
Effective July 1, 2026, required for all new residential buildings under adopted IRC Appendix BE, concluding with a radon mitigation certificate

All work complete per approved plans and applicable affidavits/certifications (exhaust test, vapor barrier, roofing) on file

Meter pit/vault abandonment, fire-line blank-flanging, and sewer tap abandonment each have detailed City specifications (referencing COL water/wastewater development standards 7.3.18 and 8.3.13)
