    Before concrete pour, per 36-inch minimum frost depth; scheduled 24 hours in advance, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

    Framing

    Structural framing complete before cover

  3. 3

    Final Inspection (Building)

    All Building Department-inspected work complete per approved plans and adopted codes. Electrical, interior plumbing, and gas-line inspections are separately conducted by Colorado DORA, not the City.

    Building/mechanical rough-ins before concealment; electrical/interior plumbing inspected separately by Colorado DORA

    Equipment operational, combustion air and venting verified by City of Lamar Building Department staff

    Framing complete, connection to existing structure verified before cover
