- Contractors performing work valued at $1,500 or more must hold a current Town of Center Contractor's Registration
- Sketch plan required per the standard Building Permit Application attachment requirements
- No fee is charged for upgrading doors/windows of the same size or smaller (permit application still required), or for upgrading an existing fence (Colorado 811 call still required)
