   Sign-off by the Fire Marshal (Craig Humphreys, 435-716-9515), required on the Gold Card.

   Public Works (water/sewer, curb/gutter, sidewalk, storm water, parking, access)

   Sign-off required on the Gold Card (435-716-9153).

   Building Inspector Final

   Must have all other applicable department sign-offs completed (temporary or permanent) before this final can be scheduled, per the Gold Card form.

   Final Inspection (24-hour test, 2 visits)

   Combined final fire-system inspection; shared with the fire alarm final inspection if both systems are present on the project.
