Tips

  • Logan requires 24-hour notice for ALL inspections; inspection appointments are available Monday–Friday, 9:00–11:00 AM and 1:30–3:30 PM. Call (435) 716-9030.
  • Logan's 4-way rough inspection combines framing, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing — all trades must be roughed in and ready at the same time.
  • Project value must include total cost of construction, labor, and materials — this is the basis for the permit fee calculation.
