- Many everyday signs are fully exempt from Title 15 and do not need a sign permit: public-agency/legal-notice signs, tombstones and historical plaques, small religious symbols (≤4 sq ft), signs more than 25 feet from a public street or not intended to be viewed from one, indoor non-animated signs, vehicle logos on licensed commercial vehicles (not used as parked static displays), art without an advertising message, gas pump/vending machine/drive-in menu signage, and short-term event signs like garage-sale or lost-and-found notices (max 4 per event, up ≤24 hours before and removed immediately after) — City Code § 15-2-100. If passed, the City emails clearance to Rocky Mountain Power; owner/contractor must have an account set up with the power company before power is turned on (1-888-221-7070)

4-Way (Framing/Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical Rough-In)
Building enclosed, structural members still exposed, rough-in for heating, plumbing, and electrical work in place and visible

If passed, the City sends clearance to Dominion Energy

Insulation
Insulation installed, before drywall

Brick Flashing
Masonry veneer flashing inspection where applicable

Permanent Power
