   Outside Water and Sewer

   For outside water and sewer piping and connections prior to backfill

   For piping/connections under floor slabs or in crawl spaces prior to being covered

   Rough Plumbing (Top-Out)

   After structure is framed and dried in and plumbing is roughed in, before trim out; system should be pressured before inspection

4. 4

   Gas Line (Inside and Outside Gas)

   After all gas piping installed; lines should be pressurized before inspection

5. 5

   Final Plumbing

   Performed when all plumbing work is 100% complete
