Tips
- CONFIRMED GAP (fee amount and review timeline): Snowflake Town Code § 9-1-3(C) states only that the manufactured home permit fee 'shall be adopted by resolution of the town council' — no manufactured-home-specific dollar figure appears as its own line item in the Town's published Comprehensive Fee Schedule (which itemizes only general Admin-Minimum Building Permit Fee $50, Admin-Building Permit Plan Review $300, and related generic fees). No dedicated manufactured-home review timeline was found published separately from the general building-permit process.
- This permit is distinct from the State of Arizona's own manufactured/mobile home construction and installation standards (Arizona Department of Housing, Office of Manufactured Housing) — the Town permit covers on-site placement/zoning compliance, not the unit's factory construction standard.
