    Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fuel-gas rough-in before concealment, per the adopted 2014 NEC, 2012 IPC, 2012 IMC, and 2012 IFGC

    Structural framing, connections, and fire-resistive assemblies against the approved wet-stamped plans

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy
