Tips
- All gas-fired appliances in Crested Butte must be high-efficiency, direct-vent, sealed-combustion units per a local IFGC amendment — the Town has deleted several of the IFGC's standard alternative combustion-air provisions, so a generic indoor/outdoor combustion-air installation may not qualify.
- The Mechanical Permit ($100) and Mechanical Exhaust Hood ($200) carry their own flat fees in the 2026 Fee Schedule, unlike most other permit types here which are valuation-based.
