    Ductwork, flues, refrigeration lines, panels, and wiring before concealment

    Rough Frame

    Structural framing complete before cover

    Insulation

    Insulation installed per 2024 IECC before drywall

    Drywall

    Drywall attachment before taping/finishing

    Fire system acceptance tests (GFD)

    Sprinkler rough/hydro and fire alarm 100% pretest with NFPA 72 Record of Completion, witnessed by the Golden Fire Department under the separate fire permits; request via the portal at least 2 business days in advance; stamped plans must be on-site

    Final Inspections (Building, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical)

    Final Inspections (Building, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical)

    All work complete per approved plans before occupancy of the altered space
