  • Valley County currently performs all building inspections for the City of Donnelly on Donnelly's behalf — give at least 24 hours' notice when scheduling inspections.
  • Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work require separate permits issued and inspected by the State of Idaho Division of Building Safety (dbs.idaho.gov or 208-332-7100), not the City of Donnelly — the city does not provide these applications.
