Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System Permit in Aztec, New Mexico

Aztec has no dedicated local fire-sprinkler/alarm permitting office, application form, or published fee schedule of its own. Fire protection system (sprinkler and/or alarm) installations within Aztec are governed by the statewide New Mexico Fire Code (10.25.5 NMAC) and by the City's adoption of the International Fire Code under Aztec City Code Chapter 8 (enforced by the Fire Chief as the local Authority Having Jurisdiction).
