- Installation, modification, or repair of an automatic fire sprinkler system or a fire alarm system requires a Fire Permit filed through the South Salt Lake Fire Department Permit + Inspection Portal (Fire Sprinkler / Fire Alarm System Permit)
- Project plans and spec sheets must be uploaded with the Fire Permit Application before it is considered complete, per the city's official Fire Permit + Inspection Portal Guide (Fire Sprinkler / Fire Alarm System Permit)
