Where a temporary certificate was issued against a cash bond (100%/150% of estimated completion costs, per § 13-1-9), an inspection must be scheduled with city staff to confirm all zoning/site plan/other approval conditions have since been met before the bond is released and permanent occupancy/use is granted.
