A parallel 'Fire Watch' line item shows the same pattern ($75.00/hour + $150.00 minimum in the first block vs. $57.00/hour + $150.00 minimum in the second block). The two figures cannot be reconciled from the published PDF alone — both are quoted here rather than guessing which supersedes; confirm the current expedited-review rate directly with SCIFRU before relying on either number.
