Re-chased 2026-07-20: re-fetched the live cdn.santaclarautah.gov PDF fresh (still the only fee document on file) and re-rendered page 14 to a 200dpi PNG independently — the same duplicate '$252.00 per hour' / '$314.00 per hour' entries are still both present, confirming this is a genuine typo/duplication in the City's own adopted resolution, not a fetch or column-alignment artifact. Checked Santa Clara Municipal Code § 2.28.140 (American Legal Publishing codelibrary.amlegal.com) for a newer superseding fee resolution — it still cites 'Ord. 2024-01' as the governing fee-schedule ordinance, with no newer 2025/2026 resolution found via direct search or web search. Genuinely unresolvable without contacting SCIFRU directly.
