When you need this permit
- Submit online at devservices.peoriaaz.gov with a completed 400M – Miscellaneous Building Permit Application and one (1) set of plans drawn to scale (1/4" = 1' for floor plans)
- Site plan must include property boundaries, all setbacks, north arrow, location of existing and proposed structures, and easements
- Work must comply with adopted codes per Ordinance 2019-12: 2018 IBC, IRC, IPC, IFGC, IMC, IECC, IPMC, IFC, 2017 NEC, and current Peoria Zoning Ordinances
- Contractor information (name, Peoria Business License, AZROC number) required at permit issuance, or Owner/Builder Affidavit for owner-built projects Owner-builder
