    Footings

    Before concrete pour; no footing/foundation inspection approved without clearly delineated, accurate property lines and yard setbacks

  2. 2

    Stem Wall / Slab Reinforcement

    Verifies stem wall construction and slab reinforcement (fiber mesh, woven wire mesh, or 3/8-inch rebar at 30 in O.C.)

    Under-Floor Framing

    Framing beneath the floor system prior to enclosure

  4. 4

    Roof Sheathing/Nail

    Roof sheathing and nailing pattern before roofing material application

  5. 5

    Framing

    Structural framing, connections, and egress per 2018 IRC/IBC and City design criteria

  6. 6

    Insulation

    Wall (R-11 minimum) and ceiling (R-19 minimum) insulation, per City amendment to IRC Chapter 11

    Drywall Nail

    Fastening pattern verification prior to taping/finishing

    Water Service/Sewer Service, Underground Plumbing

    Underground utility connections before backfill
