Tips
- Failure to secure approval for a fence may result in the City requiring removal of the fence and/or court action.
- Pool barrier fencing and CC&R (subdivision covenant) compliance are the property owner's responsibility to verify separately — the City does not check CC&Rs as part of this permit.
- Although this permit is free, it is still processed under the City's general permit administration; no dedicated faster/slower review timeline distinct from the standard 30/40-working-day framework was published specifically for fences, so the general § 18.15.070 timeline is cited.
