Tips
- One-story tool/storage sheds, greenhouses, barns, and other non-occupied accessory buildings up to 200 sq ft are also listed as exempt from permit fee AND permit issuance under Show Low Municipal Code § 18.15.040 — the Complimentary Shed Permit is the City's zoning/setback compliance check that still applies even where the building-code permit itself is exempted.
- Prefabricated sheds over 200 sq ft are flatly prohibited in Show Low — this is not merely a fee/permit distinction, larger prefab units cannot be sited at all.
- Failure to secure approval may result in the City requiring removal of the shed and/or court action.
