Tips
- The City of Winslow's own Community Development page states plan review will take approximately 15 working days, after which one set of reviewed plans is returned to the applicant; no additions, alterations, or modifications to approved plans are permitted without the Building Official's written approval.
- A $100 residential plan review deposit is due at submission and applied toward the final plan review fee, which totals 65% of the building permit fee for up to three review sessions.
- Registered Design Professional sign-off is required only above specific thresholds (3,000 sq ft, 20-person occupancy, or a 14-foot structural member) — many standard single-family homes may fall under these thresholds depending on scope.
