Tips
- Classified as 'Residential: Utility, Wall, Pool, Solar, Fire, Sign' (or the commercial equivalent) on the Town's A.R.S. § 9-835 timeframes chart (updated 7/22/2024): 5 business days administrative completeness review, 10 business days first substantive review, 10 business days subsequent review.
- The Structural Load Analysis must be prepared by an Arizona-registered design professional — a generic manufacturer spec sheet alone is not sufficient.
- Plans must show at least 2 fire access pathways, with at least 1 from the front of the residence — a common plan-review rejection point if omitted.
