- Interior remodels affecting structural members, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical also require permits
- Submit application at Development Services Center, City Hall, 495 S. Main St.
- Plans must show existing conditions and proposed work
- Energy compliance documentation required for additions per 2024 IECC
