  • Site plan (1 electronic PDF) must show north arrow, parcel number, property lines/lot dimensions, roadways/easements/parking, existing buildings with square footage, placement of all existing and proposed signs, and illumination type/placement
  • Footing details (size, depth, rebar, concrete strength) are required for pole and monument signs
  • One sign permit application covers up to two (2) signs and includes up to two (2) inspections; additional signs beyond two are billed per-sign
