Tips
- A standard non-illuminated sign permit covering up to 2 signs totals $175 ($110 Zoning Clearance + $65 Building Review); add $80 if illuminated, and $30 for each sign beyond the first 2 — all four components re-read cell by cell from the adopted FY2026-27 schedule on 2026-08-16 and unchanged.
- Flags/banners and A-frame (sandwich board) signs are still processed as Sign Permit categories (i.e., you should still apply) but carry no dollar fee, per the adopted FY2026-27 Fee Schedule (both re-read on 2026-08-16 and still No Fee).
- All commercial sign installers must hold an accepted Arizona ROC License classification (B-01, B-02, KB-1, KB-2, or CR-38) plus a Town of Camp Verde Business License. Contractor
- Pole and monument signs require footing details (size, depth, rebar, concrete strength) in the submittal; mounted signs require attachment/support details.
- Installing a sign without an authorized permit triggers an Investigation Fee equal to the cost of the Zoning Clearance Fee and/or Land Use Fee, per the adopted FY2026-27 Fee Schedule (unchanged).
