- Renewable Resource Agreement (RRA) with original notarized property-owner signature required for properties in the Washington City Power service area
- Properties in the Dixie Power service area instead require a Dixie Power Net Meter Agreement

- Washington City additionally requires all solar plans to be pre-approved by an approved third-party reviewer before permit submittal, effective July 1, 2023.
- The original notarized Renewable Resource Agreement must be physically delivered to the Washington City Power Department — a digital signature (docu-sign) is explicitly not accepted.
