Tips
- Morrison's Residential Plans Submittal Check List requires a genuinely full plan set (11 numbered categories, 2 sets each) even for a small town — do not assume a lighter submittal because of the Town's small population.
- A soils report by an engineer is required as part of the Foundation Plan submittal for all new residential construction.
- Confirm the current contracted building-inspection provider directly with the Building Department (303-697-8749) before submitting — the Town's website and its most recent fee resolution/payment records name different providers (Charles Abbott Associates vs. SAFEbuilt) as of this review, which may reflect an uncorrected website or a recent transition.
