- Town inspectors may randomly review contractor/apprentice license documentation on job sites; non-compliant workers or unlicensed apprentices without a supervising Journeyman/Master present will be required to leave the site and the company reported to DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies)
- Administered via OpenGov (mountainvillageco.portal.opengov.com), the same portal used for building, plumbing, and mechanical permits
- Fee calculated per Table 1-A of the Planning and Development Services Fee Schedule, which supersedes and replaces any fee schedule adopted by the National Electrical Code or the State of Colorado (Municipal Code 17.7.16.C.2)
