Nor does the state fill the gap: under W.S. 35-9-108, the Wyoming State Fire Marshal's statewide Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety Rules Ch. 2 § 3 fee schedule ($16.03 for the first valuation tier, etc. — the schedule that applies in Green River and Evanston) does NOT apply in Gillette, because WSFM's own 'LOCAL AND STATE JURISDICTIONS' chart (legend 'L – MUNICIPALITY/COUNTY ENFORCES · S – STATE ENFORCES') lists the row 'CAMPBELL COUNTY / Gillette / Wright' with FIRE INSP = LLL and FIRE PR = LLL, i.e. all three jurisdictions enforce and plan-review fire locally.
