Tips
- Do not apply for a Summit County building permit before securing your Town of Dillon Development Permit — the county will not accept a building-related permit application without it.
- Building permit and technical permit applications must be submitted IN PERSON at the Frisco office; the department does not accept electronic, mailed, or couriered submittals.
- Building inspections can be scheduled online via eTRAKiT once your permit is issued.
- The Building Inspection Department is typically unavailable Wednesday mornings until 10:30 a.m. for a weekly staff meeting — plan in-person submittal visits accordingly.
