- Provide copies of all State building permits associated with the proposed sign, including electrical permitting
- Provide a continuing surety bond of $1,000 or proof of liability insurance indemnifying the City Contractor
- Pass a preliminary inspection (after sign placement is marked on location) and a final inspection after completion
- Call 811 before digging
- Pay the Sign Permit processing fee
