Buildings or structures identical (except for site considerations) to those previously reviewed and approved: the lesser of cost incurred or ten percent (10%). A plan review DEPOSIT is taken at submittal under Sec. 15.08.030(C)(1) and is credited against this fee: $200.00 for valuations $100K-$300K, $1,000.00 for $301K-$500K, $2,000.00 for $501K-$1M, $5,000.00 over $1M, $10,000.00 over $10M.
