Tips
- Murray prices EV chargers as their own fee category ($300 base + $20 per additional unit), separate from the $100 flat Electrical/Service Upgrade fee — do not file an EV charger install under the general electrical fee category.
- If the charger installation requires a panel or service upgrade, also complete the Murray City Electrical Permit Questionnaire and, within the Murray Power service area, the Murray City Power Request for Electrical Service Information form.
- Commercial EV charger installations pay an additional 65% Plan Review Fee on top of the base $300 + $20/unit fee; residential installations do not.
