Tips
- As of July 2026, the City of Page does not appear to publish permit-specific plan review turnaround times for residential building permits on its public website. The City publishes permit requirements, fee schedules, and process information (Consolidated Fee Schedule; City of Page Building Permit Application; Zoning Code § 152.095), but not category-specific review timelines. Zoning Code § 152.095's 14-day SPRC scheduling requirement applies only to commercial developments — single-family dwellings are explicitly exempted from SPRC review and are reviewed directly by the Chief Building Official. There is no verifiable online source stating a residential building-permit turnaround time — call the City of Page Building Safety Department directly at 928-645-4266.
- Single-family dwellings are reviewed only by the Chief Building Official/Director or designee and are explicitly exempt from the Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) process that applies to commercial developments (Zoning Code § 152.095(A)(1)(a)).
- Plan review fee (65% of the Table 1-A Building Permit Fee) is due at time of submittal, per the Consolidated Fee Schedule.
- County Health verbal approval is a prerequisite the City checks before permit issuance — coordinate with Coconino County Health Department (Page office: 928-608-6108 x13) early if the project involves onsite wastewater.
