    Final Inspection / Certificate of Occupancy

    The Building Official issues a Certificate of Occupancy upon passing final inspection and confirming compliance with the IBC, City Ordinances, subdivision/development improvements (Title II), sewage/water system approvals where applicable, surface drainage, curb & gutter, street paving, sidewalks, and street signs, per Tremonton City Code § 1.28.050.
