Bountiful City Code Title 4 Ch.5 (Sec. 4-5-101 through 4-5-109) has no separate section generally requiring a demolition permit; that requirement instead flows from the adopted IBC/IEBC (Section 105-series permit provisions) plus Sec. 4-5-106 (Construction Without Required Permits Unlawful). Since the code sets building-permit fees by valuation with no separate flat demolition line item, the application fee is credited toward the total permit fee per the fee schedule (Ord. 2023-01).
