Tips
- SAFEbuilt, Inc. performs plan review and inspections on the City's behalf; general building-code questions should go to SAFEbuilt (970-545-3512), while permit administration and account questions go to the City's Permit Technician Raquel Chavez (303-833-2317 ext. 128).
- Confirm which water utility serves your parcel before budgeting — City of Dacono tap fees are far lower than Central Weld County Water District tap fees for the same meter size.
- Mountain View Fire Protection District fire-code plan review and St. Vrain Sanitation District sewer-tap matters are handled directly by those districts, not by the City/SAFEbuilt, and carry their own separate fees.
