Verified means every fact on that jurisdiction’s page traces to an official published source. Partial means the core facts are verified and some fields are still being chased to a governing source — we label the gap instead of estimating it. Nothing on PermitBase is ever fabricated to fill a hole; see our methodology.

An older date means a record is due for a re-check, not that it’s known to be wrong — codes and fee schedules change on adoption cycles, and we re-verify against the official source when they do.
